Studio Booking - Terms & Conditions

QUOTE / OBLIGATIONS
The included production days and post-production hours in the agreement must be used within one year from the start of the agreement. Any unused days and hours will expire after this period.

With the purchase of an additional editing hours package, the purchase of the editing hours must be used within one year from the purchase.

The agreement is entered into when VINIA Media ApS (abbreviated VM) has received written or oral acceptance from the client.

The price is exclusive of expenses for transport, locations, contributors, or other external costs unless otherwise stated in the agreement.



 

PAYMENT / DELIVERY
Payment for the packages is distributed quarterly in four installments or as a full upfront payment. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Upon delivery of the edited project VM must receive feedback from the client within 10 days of receiving the product. Otherwise, the project is considered approved.



 

RIGHTS
The client owns the right to use the final product and may distribute it without restriction unless the product is restricted elsewhere (music licenses, actors, etc.).

The copyright for the final product is owned solely by VM.

The raw footage from the production is owned solely by VM.

The product may not be resold or passed on to third parties without the approval of VM.

VM can use the product for its own marketing.

VM stores the raw material for a minimum of 3 months from the date the result is delivered.



 

CANCELLATION
If a client does not show up for a scheduled production day, the planned production day is still deducted from the package.

If the client wishes to cancel a studio booking, this must be done at least 14 days before the booking date. Otherwise, the booked production day will still be deducted from the package.

The client warrants that the work requested from VM does not infringe on the rights of a third party. At the same time, the client declares that all materials, including logos, names, and music, used in the production belong to the client and do not infringe on third-party rights.
